ProSeries Tax 2015 File I/O Error 113: Contact Technical Support

These are the steps that worked when received the following error "ProSeries Tax 2015 File I/O Error 113: Contact Technical Support when you try to open the application."

Capture

  1. Right click the application
  2. Choose "Open as administrator"
  3. ProSeries will perform a database update
  4. It should now open successfully
