The forwarding feature is disabled by default. You can turn off or on, see below.
To Enable forwarding
- log into your email via web portal
- Click on the gear located at the top right corner after you log in.
- Click on Settings
- Click on Accounts on the left, then click on your email address.
- Scroll down and select "Forward: your mail is forwarded to the speficied address....". Then input your email address and choose
- Store and forward - Email is saved to your account and sent to the forwarding address.
- Store and forward and mark as read - Email is saved to your account, marked as "Read," and sent to the forwarding address.
- Navigate to the email provided in previous step, click on "this link" to confirm the email.
- All your emails will be forwarded to your new email.
