- Confirm that the Microsoft Office Click-to-Run. Click on windows button.
- Type "services.msc"
- Confirm that the "Microsoft Office Click-to-Run" service is not disabled or on stopping status.
- Restart your computer. If it hangs on restarting, force the computer to shutdown, start the computer and check the service again. It should be on "running" status.
